For review copies, please email us with the title and publication you are interested in. Also include where the review will appear, and contact information.

I lost the email with the download link or the link has expired.

If you need us to resend the download link, email us with your name and order number, and we will resend it.

The email with my download link hasn't arrived yet.

The email will arrive shortly after purchase. On occasion it can take a few minutes. Make sure you have checked your spam folder. If you have any problems, please email us with your name and order number, and we will resend the link to you.

What is your return policy?

We cannot make ebook returns. On the printed book, we only accept returns for physically damaged books up to 10 days after purchase. A receipt or proof of purchase needs to be included with your return. Full details may be found in our return policy, available on the checkout page.

Let us know your order number and the correct address, and we’ll do our best to get it changed for you. Orders ship quickly, so there’s no guarantee we’ll be able to make corrections to an order before it ships.
